Skateboard Tuition
With experienced coaches, from one-to-one sessions to group lessons, helping skaters of all abilities progress with confidence.
Skateboarding is tough to master, and even harder to get started. That’s why we run our tuition sessions to break down those initial barriers, build confidence, and give you the basic skills you need to get going.
We strongly recommend starting with a one-to-one session before joining a group session, as this helps skaters build a solid foundation at their own pace.
No equipment? No problem. We can provide a skateboard and helmet at no extra cost during tuition sessions.
From experience, we’ve found sessions run more smoothly without spectators. For this reason, parents, carers, and other spectators may be asked to leave the skatepark during tuition.

Shredenhams (Central Bristol) Tuition
PLEASE NOTE: Tuition sessions that take place during our Open Access Sessions are for experienced skatepark users (aged 11+) therefore these tuition session are not suitable for young or beginner skateboarders. There are marked with (open) in the timetable.
If our coaches feel that it is unsafe to deliver tuition during a busy session your class may be cancelled and rescheduled.

My daughters were booked in for 2 to 1 skateboarding lessons with Oli today. Really great experience, all the staff were super friendly, from the check in desk, the great coffee in the cafe before the lesson started through to the lesson itself. Oli the coach was really supportive of both the girls (5 and 9) and by the end of it, were both able to happily skate safely and also navigate down the smaller ramps with confidence. Definitely recommend, a really friendly team and I will be booking the girls into future lessons.

My kids love it here. Staff are always brilliant during the group tuition sessions, helping them to develop confidence and learn new skills. Best of all they serve fab coffee, so the parents can have some peace and quiet while the kids go nuts.
